Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic and exceptionally organized professional to assume the role of Chief of Staff. In this crucial position, you will provide support to a senior executive by overseeing daily tasks, assisting in various personal and professional projects, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support by managing the executive’s calendar, meetings, and communications.
- Assist with logistical arrangements, including reservations and researching local services such as plumbers and cleaners.
- Facilitate administrative tasks, including legal documentation and KYC paperwork.
- Conduct outreach to potential clients or candidates via email and LinkedIn, ensuring professionalism and timely follow-ups.
- Research and negotiate with local service providers to optimize operations.
- Manage schedules and updates for various listings on platforms like eBay and Airbnb.
- Act as a bridge for communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Execute cold outreach to prospective clients or candidates while maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish with outstanding written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Technologically adept, with experience in tools such as Notion and Google Calendar.
- Capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks and work autonomously.
- Dependable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset, capable of anticipating needs and managing ongoing tasks.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant for senior executives or founders is essential.
Qualifications
- Must reside in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Previous experience in cold outreach and maintaining outreach records is advantageous.
- Familiarity with negotiating rates and managing logistics with service providers is a plus.
- Experience in overseeing broad organizational responsibilities is preferred.
